THE VILLAGE

The Village is a recently completed wing at Hepburn House. Beautifully designed and well-appointed rooms offer a calming space with The Deluxe and Grande rooms each offering a private balcony.

The rooms range between 22-27 square metres and include private ensuites, built in wardrobes, king-single beds with matching bedside tables, a television and neutral colour palettes.

The rooms in the Village are near the spacious communal areas, private dining rooms and secure outdoor dining area. Shared spaces have been designed to create a sense of home with comfortable lounge chairs, a gas fireplace and carefully selected artwork.
The Village residents can access the internal courtyard and external gardens, can utilise the private dining areas where family and friends can join their loved ones for a cup of tea, lunch or a family gathering. (The delightful dining room settings incur a small cost but this is a lovely way to join a loved one in their own environment).

The Village is close to the theatre room, the gymnasium, the multipurpose room (where a varied range of daily activities happen) and the indoor work-shed.

A hydronic heating and cooling split system keeps the temperature in the rooms regulated and residents have access to a 24 hour nurse. A number of rooms can adjoin for couples to enjoy their golden years together in safety and comfort.
