THE HOMESTEAD
For more than 10 years the Homestead has provided an inviting, safe and restful environment – intentionally designed to reflect the comfortable and natural settings of home.
The Homestead centres around lounge, dining and television areas, as well as quiet spaces. Residents enjoy the freedom to relax in their own rooms or use any number of the sitting areas in and around the Homestead, with the open plan areas providing a sense of community and connectedness.
The natural toned resident rooms allow for personal touches to take centre stage in a spacious and well-kept environment. Most rooms have wonderful views of the Daylesford countryside from private balconies where residents can create their own garden and sitting areas.
The Homestead’s back verandah is adjacent to the kitchen, replicating a home-like environment. Several outdoor sitting areas, gardening spots and an undercover BBQ space are spread across the property, allowing residents to take in seasonal changes while always enjoying the beautiful views.
The Homestead is close to the theatre room, the gymnasium, the multipurpose room (where a varied range of daily activities happen) and the indoor workshed.
Whether you enjoy a cuppa on the verandah, or taking in the well-kept gardens, the Homestead offers residents the chance to enjoy life in a familiar, comforting and homely environment. The views of the countryside are spectacular and we are only a few minutes’ drive from the Daylesford and Hepburn Springs townships.
