Philosophy​​

We recognise the changing needs of the ageing population and have adapted our systems and management to suit. We encourage and support Resident Meetings where any concerns can be openly discussed as well as having Residents who volunteer to act as representatives if needed.

The goal of Hepburn House is to ensure a truly homelike environment and to build and foster relationships. Hepburn House makes every effort to deliver all aspects of your personal needs, including your right to intimacy and sexual health. Engaging in personal decision making. 

All information is kept strictly private with your, or if possible, your legal representative. If you do not wish matters to be directly discussed with you, you may delegate to your representative.
