Hepburn House

Fostering independence: Enriching lives.
Hepburn House offers personalised care in a progressive, highly advanced and
compassionate country setting – it’s the next best thing to home.

Need Aged Care Support?
Stay with us, we'll look after you.

We understand that for many people, moving into an aged care facility is an emotionally challenging time. While many people embrace the move for on site medical support, social interaction and mobility support, others find it harder to leave the home they know for an aged care facility.

Our compassionate staff work closely with residents and their loved ones during the transition period to ensure everyone involved feels supported.

Over many years we have established a truly compassionate and embracing facility – where each resident can enjoy life in safety, in comfort and surrounded by a supportive network of care professionals.

That’s because our dedicated staff and management understand the need for everyone to live their lives on their own terms, with dignity and with purpose.

It’s our residents that make Hepburn House a home and our management, staff, volunteers and visitors that help foster an empathetic and vibrant lifestyle.

With a number of options available, all rooms offer a sense of privacy thanks to carefully appointed rooms across the established Homestead and the more recent additions to Hepburn House.

Set within beautifully accessible gardens, stunning views in a truly spectacular part of Victoria, Hepburn House is an exceptional aged care facility.

Please reach out to Hepburn House Manager Dianne about life at Hepburn House, because it all starts with a conversation.

THE PROCESS

Becoming a resident at Hepburn House

1

Eligibility for Aged Care
Your first step is to contact My Aged Care to arrange an Aged Care Assessment. In many cases an assessment is done in the comfort of your home with your family or carer there for support.

The result of your assessment determines if you are eligible for Residential Care and the level of support you will receive. It can take up to three months for a meeting to be arranged.

If you are currently receiving an aged care package, your service provider can help you understand your eligibility for Residential Care.

Enquire about life at Hepburn House
We understand navigating Aged Care Residential facilities can be daunting and the pricing options can be complicated. If you are considering Hepburn House for yourself or a loved one, speak to us about the room options available and we can guide you through our pricing plans.

We recommend seeking independent financial advice when you are considering residential aged care to understand your personal situation and the best payment option for you. For information and guidance on financial matters visit My Aged Care’s financial advice page.
